Wojciech Kostka
Wojciech Kostka is an Attorney-at-law and Managing Partner at Leśniewski Borkiewicz Kostka & Partners, as well as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Techland S.A. He specializes in new technology law, personal data protection, intellectual property law, IT, e-commerce, M&A, and corporate services. For many years, he has also been advising on artificial intelligence law, supporting clients in complying with the AI Act, assessing risks, and implementing compliant solutions.
Recognized as one of the most experienced legal experts in Polish GameDev, he has worked with the largest game studios in Poland and abroad. He has experience in advising software houses, developers, companies in the e-commerce, professional sports, and real estate sectors. He also has many years of supervisory experience, having served as Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board. He also advises in English, combining legal knowledge with a practical understanding of the technology business.
Grzegorz Leśniewski
Attorney-at-law, Managing Partner at Leśniewski Borkiewicz Kostka & Partners, specializing in personal data protection, cybersecurity, intellectual property law, new technologies, e-commerce, and M&A transactions. For over 12 years, he has been advising Polish and foreign clients from industries such as FinTech, IT, software houses, real estate, and marketing. He serves as Data Protection Officer at Oktawave (Netia Group) and Vice-President of the FinTech Committee at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications. He is also an expert at the Digital Forum of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers.
He supports organizations in implementing GDPR and AI Act compliant processes – he advises on risk assessment, AI compliance and preparation for new obligations. He gained experience in the largest law firms in Poland and in international projects, including as a consultant for Telenor in Oslo. He conducts training courses, speaks at industry conferences, and co-creates compliance support tools (including privacyfoxes.com). He advises in Polish and English, effectively translating law into business language.
