Our approach to your personal data
We treat all information about you responsibly and in accordance with the law, in particular with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "GDPR").

Access to your personal data
You have the right to access your personal data. You can request information about:

whether we process your personal data;

the purpose of processing your personal data;

the planned period of storage of your data, or, if it is not possible to determine this period, the criteria for determining it;

if your personal data has not been collected from you, all available information about the source of the data.
You also have the right to review the data processed about you.
Rectification of data
If the information about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request its rectification.
Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw your consent for the processing of your data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that has already taken place.
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
In certain situations, the GDPR grants you the right to erasure. You can exercise this right if we continue to process your data, in particular in the following cases:

there is no longer a legal basis for processing your personal data;

you have withdrawn your consent for the processing of your personal data, and there is no other legal basis for its further processing;

you have objected to the processing of your personal data, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing;

you have objected to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes;

the processing of your data is unlawful;

erasure is required by law.
Restriction of processing
In certain situations, you can request that we limit our processing to storage only. This applies when:

you question the accuracy of the personal data we process, for a period allowing us to verify its accuracy;

the processing of your personal data is unlawful, but you prefer to restrict processing rather than have it erased;

we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need it to establish, pursue or defend claims;

you have objected to the processing of your personal data, pending a decision on whether our legitimate interests outweigh your interests.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller, if:

the processing is automated.
Right to object
You can object to certain processing activities based on your situation, in particular in the following cases:

when our processing is based on our legitimate interests;

when we process your personal data for scientific, historical or statistical purposes.
However, if we determine that there are important, legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights, or freedoms, or that there are grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims, we will continue to process the data subject to your objection in the necessary scope. If you do not agree with this assessment, you can exercise your right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (more information below).
Complaint to the supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in connection with our actions as the controller of your personal data, which in Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO).
